NASA and Boeing Outline Revised Starliner Path With Uncrewed Test First, Crewed Return by 2028

NASA and Boeing have laid out a revised certification plan for Boeing's Starliner spacecraft, beginning with an uncrewed engineering flight to the International Space Station no earlier than December 2026, followed by a crewed return in 2028. The plan includes additional station missions and certification of United Launch Alliance's Vulcan rocket as a future launcher.
