BAFTA trustees accused of breaching charity law over free ceremony tickets

Trustees of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts may have broken U.K. charity and company rules by accepting complimentary awards tickets that were not declared in the organization's accounts, members were told at its annual general meeting. BAFTA has since launched a review.
