Brooke Hogan is lashing out at people she says profited from her late father, Hulk Hogan, as she mourns the sale of the wrestling legend's Florida home. The 5,400-square-foot beachfront mansion in Clearwater Beach sold for $5.9 million last week, after being originally listed for nearly $11 million in January, according to TMZ. The outlet also reported that the neighboring guest cottage sold separately for $2.8 million.
Hulk, born Terry Bollea, died at age 71 in July 2025 after suffering cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater Beach. The WWE icon's cause of death was later determined to be a heart attack. In a series of emotional posts shared to her Instagram Stories on Monday, Brooke reflected on losing the house where she shared memories with her father while accusing unnamed friends and family members of exploiting him for their own gain.
The 38-year-old television personality described the sale as a painful loss. "The sick feeling is indescribable," she wrote alongside a photo of the house bearing a red and white SOLD sticker. "This house was where dad and Jen envisioned growing old together," she added, referring to Hulk's ex-wife Jennifer McDaniel, to whom he was married from 2010 to 2021. Brooke recalled the time spent there, including surgeries and recovery, pool days, and evenings watching television and playing music together.
Brooke also took aim at what she called "dirty money," claiming some people only appeared at the end of her father's life "to collect." She wrote that his environment, work and relationships had been taken over by others, and that the house had been "sold for profit. Just like him." In one post she shared a photo of herself with her father on a dock outside the house, writing that people who had been present for 15 years had been overshadowed by others who arrived later.
Brooke also shared photos documenting years spent by her father's side, describing herself as someone who "adored" and "cherished" him, and posted images of pill bottles bearing his name, noting that she "tracked every med." She credited McDaniel and herself with serving as caregivers during his health struggles. "Jen and I were the nurse crew. Notebooks, records, prescription pickups, overnights, switching shifts," she wrote, adding that McDaniel "spent more time in the trenches than ANY of us did."
Brooke said McDaniel "asked for nothing" after the couple's split and could have "fought for money" but instead stepped away without launching a smear campaign. She praised her former stepmother as "pure love and grace" and said the breakup had been devastating for her. In an image from a July 2025 episode of WWE SmackDown held after Hulk's death, in which wrestling stars and legends gathered for a 10-bell salute, Brooke wrote that "not ONE of these people stayed longer than an hour in the hospital," calling the people she had criticized "brainwashing, fake, greedy" individuals.
Brooke later pushed back against reports that framed her posts as an attack on WWE stars. "Hey reporters: I don't have beef with the stars of WWE. Nor did I say that. Do your job right or don't do it at all," she wrote in a follow-up Instagram Story.
